||At the end of this course, the students;
1) Will become acquainted with the different states of consciousness in more detail.
2) Will learn how scientific research is conducted in this area and how the different states of consciousness are measured.
3) Will get an idea about the neurobiological basis of different states of consciousness.
4) Will learn about the results of the recent scientific studies conducted on different types of meditation and its effects on the body and the mind.
