LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Will learn what the motivation and its fundamental concepts are and how these concepts are studied.
2) Will learn and understand how motivation leads to behavior from physiological, psychological, and environmental sources.
3) Will learn differences in psychological needs and explain why people are pushed in different directions by their needs.
4) Will understand and explain how the environment is a large source of motivation.
