1) Will gain knowledge about formation of groups and the interaction between organizations and society.
2) Will learn that groups have deterministic effect in daily life.
3) Will gain knowledge about the impact of groups on the individual.
4) Will develop a professional perspective to the social events.
5) Will acquire skills in research and application of intra-group and inter-group behavior.
6) Will discuss the current group relations in the context of group theories.
7) Will know the causes of in-group and inter-group conflict and possible solutions.
8) Will explore their in-group and inter-group behavior and identity.
