1) Will learn fundamental concepts, theories and techniques of special education.
2) Will learn and use contemporary terminology in the field of special education.
3) Will acquire knowledge of diagnosis, identification and characteristics of various disabilities.
4) Will acquire knowledge on service delivery options for families and people who need special education.
5) Will learn general methods and strategies for meeting the social and educational needs of people who need special education.
